Responsibilities and Achievements

Handle annual salary survey, benchmarknew wedding dresses with external organization in job market and internal Siemens organization;new wedding dresses
Review, develop existing salary structure,custom made prom dressescustom made prom dresses C&B policy and programs to meet business strategy;Implement incentive system, and facilitate career management system (CPD);Be responsible for personnel budgeting report, manage C&B data collection, reporting, also bewedding dresses 2010 responsible for HR KPIs;Review annual social security affairs, and announce all related governmental new policy to employees timely;Recruiting:Prepare annual headcount plan according to company business strategy plan;Partner with line managers to ensure recruiting process is managed consistently and in line with business needs; Monitor whole recruiting process to ensure its efficiency;Handle leaving interview to find out the primary reasons of employee turnover and provide appropriate suggestion for Top Management. Implement Siemens Headquarters’ employee referral plan, and coordinate campus recruiting activities initiated by Siemens Recruiting Center when required;Identify training needs in terms of company business strategy, and partner with line managers to set annual training plan;Develop key training vender to deliver qualified in-house training programs when required;Provide consultancy and solution to line management on any add-hoc training needs;Conduct orientation training;
Optimize training evaluation system. Other tasks include but not limit to:Draft, review HR Implement relative HR strategy and policy required by Siemens headquarter;Facilitate employee satisfaction survey, and find solution to follow the result;Play a role as HR consultant in company.http://www.forum-duegieditrice.com
